The 2022 International Car Rental Show has wrapped up and the RENTALL team is thrilled that we got to attend and re-connect with clients and see some new faces.
This was the first ICRS event in which the RENTALL brand was featured, with our Bluebird, Navotar and Thermeon teams now operating under one umbrella.
We were certainly busy in booth 401, with car rental professionals eager to see the solutions that RENTALL has to meet the evolving challenges in the industry.
Three trusted brands, now together as one
This year presented a very unique opportunity for the RENTALL team, having just launched our new brand a few months ago. In the post-pandemic era, where everything seems to be a new beginning, this certainly marks a new era for car rental and our team.
“It was fantastic to see such a high turnout of attendees at this year’s ICRS,” says Naomi Virgo, RENTALL’s Managing Director. “It was such a pleasure for us to get to see our customers, other industry leaders and new potential customers face to face. The event was a huge success and we’re excited for next year’s ICRS, which already promises to be even bigger.”
Ahead of what promises to be a summer season of high demand, we were able to share our thoughts on the direction of the industry and illustrate the importance of having the right tools for the challenges that lay ahead.
Managing Director Naomi Virgo delivers Keynote Speech
Our managing director wrapped up the event with a keynote speech alongside Scott Manchuso of Liberkee to discuss how car rental operators can implement keyless solutions in their operations.
Naomi and Scott demonstrated that there are meaningful, incremental changes that can be realized by applying new technologies to serve an operation’s particular needs. They analyzed new technologies and processes for contactless booking, mobile check-ins and check-outs, keyless access, integrations into car rental systems, and more.
“It was an an honour to have been asked as a keynote speaker,” says Naomi. “We had a packed out session on Scaling Contactless Rental. It’s thrilling to be able to play a role in how the industry is changing and being able to provide a tech solution which we believe will help operators thrive.”
Wrapping up
It’s been a challenging couple of years for the car rental industry, but there is so much to be excited about for the future.
RENTALL’s team remains committed to meeting the evolving needs of car rental professionals and we are so grateful that we got to share what we’ve been up to with our clients.
It was wonderful to reconnect with all of you and to all the new faces we met, it was a pleasure meeting you.
